| I started working out January 4, 1997. It was a new years resolution thing. You know how that goes. I started working out primarily because I wanted to look better, but now I know the benefits of living a healthy & fit lifestyle far surpass just looking good! Anyway, I wanted to look like a model on Mens Health magazine or any other fitness magazine. At that time I weighed 153lbs and was out of shape. I couldn't run half a mile without huffing and puffing like a whale out of water! But I was determined to put in the effort and the time it takes to make the dream come true. Today, I am fit and healthy. I feel like a new person and I look better too!. It hasn't been easy because it takes hard work, dedication, and the willingness to make a life style change. However, the benefits will last a lifetime. It's all about reversing the ageing processes early. My desire is that you too can live the fitness lifestyle through healthy nutrition, exercise and rest. |

| My workout is simple and straight foward. I lift weight three times a week. I alternate between a week of heavy weights and low reps (6 to 8) and a week of light weights and high reps (12 to 15). The idea is to fully exercise all my muscle fiber types and achieve optimal growth. My Training Split Monday Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Wednesday Quadriceps/Hamstrings/Calves Friday Abdominals/Back/Biceps The exercises I do are constantly changing so I did not list them here, but if you are interested email me and I will send them to you. I do about 3 to 4 sets for each exercise. |
