I love to eat and I love sweets! This has been the most difficult aspect of living the healthy and fitness lifestyle. But guess what? I did not have to give up all the delicacies I crave I just do them in moderation. I allow myself a cheat day every week and I satisfy my desires then. On other days, I eat mostly fish, chicken, fruits, boiled eggs, and lots of salad. I am on a salad craze at the moment; it is so easy to prepare! My favorite is a regular house salad with grilled chicken, roasted almond slivers, raisins, peeled and sliced oranges  and fat free honey mustard dressing. Yummy!
